Our Story
Twelve years of building carefully.
Nestline Architects began with one house and one conviction: that good design should feel inevitable rather than impressive. That conviction still guides how we draw, specify and detail every project.
We work closely with a small circle of craftspeople and contractors, staying on site from the first setting-out to the last handle. It is slower. It is also the only way we know to protect the quality of an idea.

The practice begins with a single residential commission in Vadakara.
- 2017
Interiors studio established; first commercial workplace delivered.

In-house 3D visualisation and material research studio formed.

Work expands across Kerala with hospitality and villa projects.

Ninety-five completed projects and a growing regional practice.

Leads the practice across design direction and client relationships, with over a decade of residential and commercial work in Kerala. His approach is quiet and methodical long conversations, few drawings, and details resolved on site.

Shapes the studio's design and interiors work, translating light, texture and furniture into rooms that feel settled from the first day. He also oversees studio operations and project planning.
